What began as an idea around a cup of café y familia has grown into a mobile specialty coffee cart serving weddings, bridal and baby showers, corporate events, birthdays, and celebrations across Rhode Island. Whether we're crafting signature lattes, refreshing green tea refreshers, or custom drinks for your event, our mission is simple: to create an experience your guests will remember long after the last sip.

How much does it cost to book Coffee Baby?

Event pricing is custom, based on your guest count, hours, and drink selection. Request a quote and we'll send a tailored price with no obligation.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Providence, RI and cater events across Rhode Island, including Cranston, Warwick, Pawtucket, East Providence, and Newport, plus nearby Massachusetts. Travel within 25 miles is included; beyond that there may be a travel fee, and weddings and larger events get a custom travel quote. Tell us your venue and we'll confirm.

How do I reserve my date?

Request a quote, and once you accept it, a deposit reserves your date. The deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. The full terms are on our Terms page.

Can you customize the menu for my event?

Yes, every event gets a custom menu, including custom cold-foam flavors to match your colors or theme. Oat milk is always available.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can. Popular weekend dates in spring and summer fill up fast. Reach out and we'll check availability for your date.

What do you need at the venue?

Just a flat space for the cart and access to power where needed. We bring the cart, ingredients, and everything to serve, and we confirm setup details before your event.
