Our services

Coffee Baby (Coffeebaby LLC, 589 Public St, Providence, RI 02907) provides mobile coffee-cart catering for events: handcrafted espresso drinks, signature lattes, refreshers, and related offerings. Menus and setup are customized per event and described in your quote.

Quotes & booking

When you submit a request, we'll send you a custom quote. A quote becomes a booking once you accept it and pay the required deposit. Prices are valid as stated in the quote and may change if event details change.

Deposits & payment

Your event date is secured once the required deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date, as the deposit secures your date and covers preparation, planning, and lost availability for other bookings.
• If you cancel at least 7 days before your event, you will not owe the remaining balance, but the deposit will be forfeited.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to the full remaining balance being due, since we have already purchased supplies and prepared specifically for your event.

If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability and the terms above.

Service area & the event

We are based in Providence, RI. Travel within 25 miles is included. Events beyond 25 miles may be subject to an additional travel fee based on distance and event details, and larger events and weddings can receive a customized travel quote. You're responsible for providing safe access, space, and (where needed) power for the cart at your venue. We'll confirm setup requirements ahead of your event.

Liability

We take care to deliver a great experience. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee Baby's liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the amount you paid for that event. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
