Our services
Coffee Baby provides mobile coffee-cart catering for events: handcrafted espresso drinks, signature lattes, refreshers, and related offerings. Menus and setup are customized per event and described in your quote.
Quotes & booking
When you submit a request, we'll send you a custom quote. A quote becomes a booking once you accept it and pay the required deposit. Prices are valid as stated in the quote and may change if event details change.
Deposits & payment
A deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due [[OWNER: confirm when the balance is due, e.g. 7 days before the event]]. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The deposit is refundable if you cancel more than [[OWNER: confirm refund window, e.g. 14 days]] before the event, and non-refundable after that, as it reserves the date and covers preparation. Cancellations & rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability and the deposit terms above.
Service area & the event
We serve Providence and the surrounding area [[OWNER: confirm service radius / travel fees]]. You're responsible for providing safe access, space, and (where needed) power for the cart at your venue. We'll confirm setup requirements ahead of your event.
Liability
We take care to deliver a great experience. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee Baby's liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the amount you paid for that event. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
