Who we are

Coffee Baby is a Dominican-inspired mobile coffee cart based in Providence, Rhode Island, providing coffee catering for events. What we collect

• Event request details you submit: name, email, phone, event type, date, location, guest count, drink preferences, and any notes.
• Payment information for deposits. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data (e.g., IP address) used only to keep the site secure and prevent spam.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare and send your quote, process your deposit, coordinate your event, and communicate with you about it. We send transactional emails (like quote and payment confirmations) via Resend. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to, and we do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Resend: sending our emails.
• Supabase / Vercel: secure hosting and data storage.
• Elevare Studio LLC: builds and operates this website on our behalf.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the site and secure sign-in to work. For basic, privacy-friendly analytics we use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are used, it sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally. We don't use advertising trackers, and we never sell your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, just email Coffeebabypvd@outlook.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have additional rights; we honor these requests regardless of location.

Data retention & children

We keep event and payment records only as long as needed for the booking and our legal/tax obligations, then delete them. Our services are not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
